My passion to help people is the reason I became a Certified Public Accountant. My past experiences include the following:

• A Chief Financial Officer which allows me to see what potential investors look for in a company, determine cash flows, and
• A banker for a bank allows me to think like a potential lender as to what they are looking for.
• A financial advisor to various families and businesses.
• A Certified Public Accountant for various closely held businesses. This includes time at a Big Four accounting firm.
• A tax return preparer and reviewer.
• A representative of the taxpayer before the IRS and other government agencies.
• Treasurer of two homeowner associations and a board member of three homeowner associations.
• Treasurer of the board for four not for profit organizations.
